Samuel Couteleau joined In Extenso TCH as a consultant in 2001. He advises public and private actors on hospitality real estate issues, providing market and strategic studies for hotels, apart-hotels, casinos, spas and convention centres. Samuel pilots In Extenso TCH’s research and development on tourist lodging supply (databases, themed analyses) and has developed recognised expertise in apart-hotels. As manager of In Extenso TCH’s Nantes office, Samuel has a solid knowledge of the regions of south-west France, but also conducts studies throughout France, as well as in Morocco and French overseas territories. Samuel is a graduate of CETIA (Toulouse II).

Julien Guittet is specialised in hotel and real estate valuations. He has developed recognised expertise in financial analysis (financial modelling) and due diligence for the acquisition of hotels, real estate, commercial property and mixed-use assets. Julien provides project managers with operator and investor selection advice and regularly conducts market and feasibility studies. He has notably undertaken a vast number of assignments in France (Paris, Alps, Côte d’Azur) and abroad (Eastern Europe Africa), focusing on hotel projects that integrate a leisure component. Julien is a graduate of ESSEC (Cornell University, Specialisation: Real Estate Finance).

Dominique Lecea is head of In Extenso TCH’s tourism and culture consulting division. He advises on the strategic development of tourism, leisure and territories, as well as project feasibility. Dominique is also specialised in organisational and management issues, and has a proven expertise in the downstream marketing, communication and operation of tourism-related products. Dominique has been Head of Studies of the Hospitality and Tourism master programme at the Institut des Sciences de l’Entreprise et du Management (ISEM) / University of Montpellier since 2007. Chloé Leonetti joined In Extenso TCH in 2004, after having worked at the Musée national du Moyen-Âge , in Cluny. Chloé advises on the creation and development of cultural and tourism infrastructure, from their design to their operation. She designs and / or programmes cultural, leisure and tourism facilities (museums, heritage sites, wildlife parks, Tourism Offices, etc., and also conducts assignments focusing on regional heritage strategies. Chloé holds a Masters degree in History of Art from Nanterre University and a Masters degree in Cultural Project Management from the Sorbonne. She is a certified programming consultant and lectures at the Sorbonne – Paris 4.

Florent Daniel has been a consultant at In Extenso TCH since 2001. With a generalist background, Florent studied at Quimper hotel school, before returning to university and graduating from ESTHUA (Angers). He advises public and private actors on hospitality real estate issues, providing market and strategic studies for hotels, apart-hotels, casinos, spas and convention centres. Florent has conducted numerous regional strategic planning assignments (Grenoble, Le Havre, Rennes, Toulouse, etc.) and has developed a range of tools to track hotel industry performance. Having created the first thalassotherapy benchmark in France, Florent has proven expertise in the sector. Based in Nantes, he has a solid knowledge of the regions of south-west France, but also conducts studies throughout France, Africa and French overseas territories.

Michelle Fawcett has over 18 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including eight in hotel and tourism consulting. Her areas of expertise cover tourist lodging (hotels, residences, etc.), restaurants, ski resorts, spas, golf courses, casinos and business facilities. Michelle regularly conducts audits, hotel valuations and feasibility studies, as well as providing strategic advice to private and public actors. Based in Cannes, she is highly familiar with the regions of south eastern France, but also conducts assignments in the rest of France and abroad (Northern Europe, Eastern Europe, North Africa). Michelle regularly lectures at Skema Business School and holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from IMHI – ESSEC – Cornell University.

A graduate of SKEMA Business School, Grégory Fortems joined In Extenso TCH in April 2015. He has conducted numerous hospitality real estate assignments, both in France and abroad. His strong operational and administrative experience has placed him in good stead to assist local authorities and private operators with market studies and strategic reflection. Grégory’s expertise covers hotels, apart-hotels, business venues and casinos, as well as regional tourism development stratégies.

Sacha Fournier joined in Extenso TCH in 2005, after having worked as a financial and marketing analyst for several major tourism and hotel companies. Sacha’s area of expertise lies in preparing budgets and analysing the economic repercussions of cultural and tourism operations, as well as optimising the management of cultural and tourism infrastructure. Specialised in tourist lodging, Sacha is also responsible for In Extenso TCH’s consulting activities abroad. He is a graduate of ESSEC (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales).

Philippe Gauguier has been an associate at In Extenso Tourism, Culture and Hospitality since 2001. A hotel school graduate with a solid operational background, Philippe played a key role in developing a French hotel chain prior to concentrating on hotel consulting. Although hospitality remains his field of choice, Philippe also advises on other aspects of tourism, including health and wellbeing (balneology, thalassotherapy, spas), golf, casinos and business tourism. From conducting market studies, Philippe rapidly moved towards focusing on asset valuation, as a member of RICS. He also regularly organises conferences in France and Morocco (Hospitality Trends) and lectures at top business schools.

Il a rejoint l’équipe d’In Extenso Conseil TCH en 2018 dans le cadre de sa formation universitaire. Il intervient sur des missions d’évaluation d’actifs hôteliers ainsi que d’étude de marché et de faisabilité en France et à l’Etranger. Ses expériences combinées dans les domaines opérationnel et fonctionnel de l’hôtellerie lui ont permis d’affirmer son expertise au sein de ce secteur.

Il est diplômé de l’Institut Paul Bocuse / EM Lyon – MSc Management International de l’Hôtellerie en 2019.

Après plusieurs expériences consacrées aux problématiques de valorisation touristiques des patrimoines, Marjorie Lelandais a  travaillé près de cinq ans en tant que responsable du développement des publics et de la stratégie marketing au sein de grands musées parisiens. Elle rejoint In Extenso TCH en 2019 en qualité de consultante Tourisme et Culture.

Elle est diplômée de l'Université Sorbonne - La Nouvelle (Master 2  Tourisme culturel et territoires : ingénierie de projets) 

Amélie Lapi est consultante chez In Extenso TCH depuis 2006. Après un cursus d’école hôtelière, elle s’est très rapidement tournée vers les métiers du Conseil. Elle intervient principalement sur les problématiques de développement hôtelier mais également d’autres sujets tels que les équipements d’affaires ou encore de bien-être, en réalisant des études de marché et de faisabilité. Elle travaille aussi bien pour le secteur public que privé, en France et à l’Etranger sur des zones telles que le Maroc ou la Russie.

Elle est titulaire d’un Master en Management de l’Ecole de Savignac.

Avec  24  années d’expérience dans le conseil spécialisé dans les domaines du tourisme, des loisirs, du sport et de la culture, Matthieu LÉVY a développé une expertise spécifique en matière de stratégies territoriales de développement touristique et de loisir.

Il apporte également son savoir-faire aux projets touristiques et cela à toutes les étapes de leur définition.

Cette double approche de stratégie territoriale et de projet opérationnel lui permet de parfaitement maîtriser l’ensemble de la chaîne de production et de commercialisation touristique.

Il est diplômé de Sciences Po Paris - Cycle Supérieur de Spécialisation en Aménagement et Urbanisme et de l'Institut d'Études Politiques de Lille.

Thierry est senior-manager au sein de l’équipe In Extenso TCH depuis 2006. De formation hôtelière et touristique, il a participé à de nombreuses missions d’étude et de conseil depuis 25 ans, au sein de plusieurs grands cabinets spécialisés. Il intervient, tant en France (métropole et territoires d’outre-mer) qu’à l’étranger (Europe, Afrique du Nord et Sub-saharienne, Moyen-Orient) sur des missions d’étude de marché et de faisabilité, d’évaluation d’actifs, de stratégies de développement touristique et hôtelier, de définition de concept, d’analyse prospective, … Il a également géré et développé, pendant plus de 15 ans, un observatoire statistique annuel des ratios de gestion dans l’hôtellerie. Par ailleurs, il rédige régulièrement des articles, notamment pour la revue Espaces.

Thierry est diplômé de l’Ecole Nationale de Commerce (ENC Bessières – Paris) et de l’Institut de Recherche et d’Etudes Supérieures du Tourisme (IREST – Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne).

Consultante en ingénierie touristique et culturelle, elle appréhende le développement culturel et touristique des territoires de manière globale, de leur définition stratégique à leur déclinaison opérationnelle en prenant en compte leurs enjeux économiques, sociaux et environnementaux.

Elle intervient principalement sur la définition d’équipements culturels, touristiques et patrimoniaux à l’étude ou existants ainsi que sur l’élaboration de stratégies de développement touristique et de marketing territorial.

Manon intègre l’équipe d’In Extenso TCH en 2019 à la suite de son double cursus Audencia Business School - École du Louvre.

Cécile Leal joined In Extenso TCH in 2008. Her role is to provide administrative support to consultants. Cécile also participates in In Extenso TCH’s commercial development, and thanks to three years previously spent working for an events agency, regularly participates in assignments covering events and animation. Cécile holds a Masters degree in Tourism from ESTHUA (Specialisation: MICE Tourism).

Muséographe et programmiste,  elle apporte à l’équipe son expertise en assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage, programmation d’équipements culturels et muséographie, ainsi que son expérience en développement commercial, conduite d’études et création d’expositions. 

Diplômée en histoire de l’art, archéologie, muséologie et expo-muséographie, elle a complété son parcours par des formations en collections, programmation et marchés publics. Elle a enseigné la muséographie à l’Ecole Bleue en 2019.

Olivier Teme Enama is a junior consultant at In Extenso TCH. Olivier joined the team in June 2014, after having worked in hotel operations for a number of years. He conducts market and feasibility studies in France and abroad, covering hotels, apart-hotels, business facilities and leisure infrastructure. With a technical background, Olivier graduated from IREST (Panthéon Sorbonne).
