ASSIGNMENT CONTEXT AND OBJECTIVES
The agglomeration of Annecy wishes to increase local MICE venue supply by opening a new conference centre and exhibitions park (CESC). The project will complement and add to the destination’s existing structures through the creation of strong synergies. The project will come into its own by fulfilling the city’s ambitions and generating direct economic benefits.

- Market study, analysis of a selection of competitors and the positioning of the future CESC of Annecy
- Critical analysis of the envisaged programme
- Study of the synergies with neighbouring venues (conference centres, hotels, restaurants)
- Legal and fiscal analysis of the various modes of governance and operation envisaged
- Preparation of a business plan for the future venue and analysis of the modes of financing, investment and operation
